Sterling North Homes LLC offers custom new home options for the finest communities in the greater Prescott area. Since 2010 Sterling North Homes has been helping clients design and build new custom homes that reflect their personal style.

About the
Owner
Brian was brought up in an entrepreneurial family. He started his first job at 11 years of age in a family owned manufacturing business. In his teenage years Brian decided to break from the family business and started working in the construction trades. After meeting his wife of 30 years Stephanie, and starting a family, they purchased their first home and did a full remodel. This became a pattern and the catalyst for the experience needed along with his trade experience to become a Licensed General Contractor for over 20 years now.
Brian and family moved to Prescott, Arizona in 1996 from Southern California and never looked back. Since moving to Prescott Brian has built more than 70 custom homes in many of Prescott’s finest communities. Brian is also a Licensed Realtor in Arizona since 2001. He helps clients evaluate and purchase land for their new homes. In his spare time Brian enjoys Aviation and Golfing.
Stephanie is a licensed Insurance agent and owner operator of Wirick Insurance LLC, a Health and Benefit Agency in Prescott AZ. Stephanie services the needs of Businesses and Medicare aged individuals with their health Insurance needs.
